Refund Policy

U.S. Asset Advisors refund, return and exchange policy is limited to five (5) business days from the date you receive the item.  You must notify U.S. Asset Advisors’Customer Service Department via telephone at 833-872-7738 within five (5) business days from the date you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you at that time.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping costs, including insuring your return shipment. U.S. Asset Advisors may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not conform to these terms.  Shipments returned to us will not be held more than 3 days. In the case of a request for an exchange, U.S. Asset Advisors expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to U.S. Asset Advisors Market Loss Policy. All market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall belong solely to U.S. Asset Advisors.
